Rabbi David Litwack
Executive Director
David Litwack assumed the position of Executive Director of the U.S. office of Save a Child’s Heart in 2007. He has been a member of the Maryland/Israel Advisory Board of the Department of Business & Economic Development of Maryland and has been a featured speaker at national conferences on Israel’s global humanitarian work.
He holds a BA in Political Science from Washington University and a Master’s Degree in Journalism from Northwestern University, and served as the national Director of Leadership Development for Optimist International, one of America’s largest civic organizations.
Brianna Fowler
Deputy Director, Marketing & Operations
Brianna Fowler is the Deputy Director of Save a Child’s Heart, where she has served in various strategic leadership roles for the past 10 years in both Israel and the United States. An Israeli citizen and mother of two, she brings a deeply personal connection to the organization’s mission.
Throughout her tenure, she has worked closely with children and their mothers while leading impactful campaigns, overseeing website redesign initiatives, and driving CRM buildout and optimization efforts to strengthen organizational engagement and operations.
Deeply committed to humanitarian work, Brianna brings both personal passion and strategic vision to advancing the outreach, advocacy, and fundraising efforts of Save a Child’s Heart. She is dedicated to developing creative, mission-driven solutions that expand the organization’s impact while navigating the evolving landscape of Israeli aid and global philanthropy.
